Our software and systems are unlike anything in existence in the travel industry and highly specialized yet adaptable to whatever solutions are needed to maximize your company's savings.

Over the span of two decades TravelWare has developed proprietary software that coordinates and directs data between airline reservation systems, websites, internal and external databases, and our individual software components.

TravelWare's technology interfaces with all worldwild airline reservation systems. When we begin our service with your company, we make a connection to your company's reservation system that allows us to process your reservations real-time. Your travel itineraries are processed as they're booked rather than periodically gathering information at some future date. This real-time connectivity allows us to continually process each reservation from the time that it's first booked through the completion of travel on the itinerary.

Our software is comprised of four distinct components:
    ProTrav® is our primary data warehouse and overall system controller which stores information about your travelers and their travel activity. ProTrav imports data from multiple sources and prepares various internal and external reports.
    IntelliPro® is the decision-making engine which directs other software components in what actions to take and assists our agents in making optimal decisions.
    GDSPro® is our interface to the worldwide airline reservation systems. GDSPro provides two-way communication between your company and TravelWare's systems and processes all tasks needed on each reservation that your company books.
    NetPro® is our web and e-mail system that performs all interactions with any website and e-mail functions. NetPro can read or post information through any website so any internal databases your company may have that have a web interface can communicate with NetPro.
Each of these components are tightly integrated with each other to leverage the abilities of each component to your company's benefit.

Additionally, our technology interacts with other systems of your company, your travel agency, the travel providers and your individual travelers. It is the seamless integration of the components of our system and how they interact with other systems that assists us in achieving optimal results for your company.
