How we save your company money
Our service begins with an evaluation of your company's past airline travel data. This evaluation will provide an estimate of savings opportunities, recommendations on how to achieve these savings as well as a plan on how the program will be implemented.

Once your company elects to implement our service, the next step is for TravelWare to connect to the Global Distribution System (GDS) used by your company's travel booking center. This connection allows us to receive each reservation as it is booked. We then utilize proprietary technology to process these reservations and apply any discounts or savings strategies.

Our goal is to provide maximum savings while only modifying a minimum number of airline reservations. In most cases, TravelWare can provide savings that range from 10-20% of the reservations targeted for price reduction while only modifying a small number of the reservations originally booked.

The success of our system of reducing your costs depends on an on-going analysis and evaluation of your travel patterns and costs. We have three major areas where we evaluate your travel:
Evaluation of past travel data
This initial evaluation determines the potential savings opportunities and provides you with recommendations on how these savings can be achieved.
Real-time analysis of your travel bookings
TravelWare receives all company booked reservations by connecting to the GDS used by the company's reservation booking center. Specific reservations, typically business and first class international airline itineraries are targeted for price reduction. Through the use of our proprietary technology, we utilize our strategies and expertise to reduce the costs of your company's most expensive travel purchases.
Periodic reviews and recommendations
Usually on a quarterly basis at your company's location TravelWare representatives meet with you to report on the progress and success of the program, receive feedback from you about how the programs is working and we make recommendations to improve both overall operations and recommendations for further cost reductions for your company as we see new opportunities.
