How does our company get started? Step One: Provide us with your company's past travel data--which will allow us to determine future estimated savings and to make recommendations on how to achieve these savings. Step Two: If the estimated savings are deemed significant, and both parties desire to move forward, TravelWare provide a face-to-face meeting at your company's location to discuss evaluation details and recommendations for implementing our service. Step Three: Enter into a contract and determine a time-frame for implementation of TravelWare's services. Step Four: TravelWare meets with company personnel to establish communication procedures for the travel agency, the traveler and the company. Step Five: TravelWare connects to your company's GDS system(s) and begins the process of reviewing each reservation, as it is booked, and applying any discounts and/or savings strategies. How is TravelWare different from my travel agency? TravelWare specializes in reducing the cost of the company's most expensive travel. In the case of airlines, our focus is expensive coach, business and first class tickets. Although many companies may only have a small number of these tickets, this small number of tickets may represent a relatively large portion of your company's airline travel costs. TravelWare's technology is specifically designed to assist in targeting premium priced travel purchases in an effort to save significant amounts of the company's travel costs. Alternatively, a travel agency has a much broader role than TravelWare. The travel agency attempts to provide the best prices and schedules within the context of the company's preferred carriers, but it must perform all of these functions in a timely manner and with optimal service. The strategies, technologies and discounts used by TravelWare allow us to maintain a single, specialized focus--to reduce the price of the company's most expensive travel costs. In addition, TravelWare is different from the travel agency in that our fee is entirely performance based. We are paid a portion of the savings we achieve for the company. We will only offer our services to a company if we believe that the savings will justify the effort--ensuring that our interests remain truly aligned with that of our clients. What type of data/data format is required by TravelWare in order to provide our company with a savings estimate? Download our Import Data Guide which will show you the format the data should be in and provide additional guidance.
